Intro

Coaching is at the heart of modern-day growth and transformation. As your early career cohort graduate into management positions their development needs become much more bespoke.

1-1 coaching can unlock the next level of prospering in your manager and above staff in a way that other development interventions (i.e. group training) simply cannot.

Coaching Engagement

A coaching engagement follows the following flow. There are 6 sessions in total and all sessions are 90 minutes in length.

Step 1
Contracting Meeting
90 mins
The coachee and I meet to confirm key items such as (a) the overarching and ‘sub-change’ goals they want to work towards (b) how we will best work together and (c) what role the coachee wants me to play, to be of most help, in the coaching sessions. A ‘coaching contract’ is drafted up and sent to the coachee for approval.
Step 2
Coaching Sessions (x4)
4 x 90 mins
The coachee and I work towards achieving the overarching change goal, and related ‘sub-change’ goals, over the course of these four sessions.
Step 3
Closing Session
90 mins
The coachee and I meet to allow the coachee (a) reflect on the key learnings over the duration of coaching (b) set out the plan to independently own the necessary actions to sustain the learning beyond coaching and (c) take time to appreciate the coaching process and all that was achieved in the space.

Private 1-1 Coaching

We offer private 1-1 coaching engagements for individuals. The Coaching Engagement consists of six 1-1 virtual coaching sessions with John. The duration of each coaching session is 75 minutes. The cost of the coaching is €250 per session, which includes VAT in the price.

Before purchasing a Coaching Engagement with John you must have a 30-minute chemistry call to ensure that you feel that there is a good fit between you and the coach. Please fill in the enquiry form, stating your interest in coaching, and John will be in touch to arrange the chemistry call.

Where does the coaching take place?

For private coaching it will take place virtually. For coaching your staff members, it will take place either at your offices, virtually or at a location we use for coaching.

Can you book an standalone session?

We work with the belief that, to achieve true growth and transformation, six sessions are required in a coaching engagement.

How important is it to find a coach that's a good fit for you?
